I told her that I had asked that they call me if she was upset and was told that that had not been communicated! I asked to speak to a manager and was told that it is their policy not to call unless there is an emergency. I could hear her crying from the back of the building! However when they brought her out she was crying hysterically and covered in sweat. My fiancé and I were gone for about an hr and a half and when we came back to pick up our Daughter we asked how she did we were told that she did ok, just a 'little' fussy, which I expected.
They reassured me several times that they would. I am always nervous about leaving her with new people and requested that they give me a call if she was too upset and that I would come and get her. We filled out a form asking us things that our Daughter likes, what helps to calm her, etc. They seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. When we checked in they took our info (including phone numbers). I brought my almost two year old here the other day so my fiancé and I could go to dinner.
